The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA), in collaboration with The HEAD Foundation (THF) based in Singapore, is pleased to invite your university to sponsor your faculty as participants to the Leadership Development Program for Higher Education Institutions in Southeast Asia (LDP-HEIs in SEA), to be held on hybrid modality on 14 March-2 May 2024 (5 online sessions) and 7-9 May 2024 (F2F sessions in Thailand). Details about the program are in the attached brief.

Participation in this program is on a fee basis, with a special rate for government employees and faculty/staff of public HEIs amounting to USD600.00. This fee covers the cost of tuition, board and lodging (twin-sharing), program materials, and airport transfers. The course fee does not include airfare, health/travel insurance, incidental allowances, and airport terminal fees, for the onsite sessions in Thailand, which are to the account of the participant or the sponsoring university.
