National Chung Hsing University in order to cultivate the talents in the basic scientific research, reward the outstanding doctoral students with the research potential and support them to concentrate on the
research work, hereby formulates "Scholarship Pilot Program to
Cultivate Outstanding Doctoral Students" (hereinafter referred to as the Pilot Program)
according to the "Scholarship Pilot Program of Ministry of Science and Technology to
Subsidize Universities and Colleges to Cultivate Outstanding Doctoral Students".
