Dr. Tu is a famous master. He has assisted the United States and Japan in dealing with the toxicological issue, and is an internationally renowned authority on toxicology, biological weapons, and chemical weapons. Dr. Tu was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun (3rd class), by the Emperor of Japan in 2009 for his assistance in dealing with the crisis of the Sarin incident. Now, having lived in the United States for many years, his life experience is not only a microcosm of Taiwan's history, but also an important figure in the world's prevention of terrorist attacks.
